The app is trash
There’s no easy way to correct an order mistake. After receiving two wrong items, there was no way to obtain a refund or to fix it. Tried in app, emailing, going to the actual website. Next I have to go in person. Jeez.
No rewards
I downloaded the app and it says there are rewards, but our server said they’re not good for anything. Delete. Too bad, I like the food.
Best sushi in town
This place is hands-down the best sushi in the entire town. We are sushi lovers and when we move to a new area, we drive around and try all the sushi restaurants until we find the best one and this is it! As a matter of fact, it’s our favorite of all the sushi restaurants we’ve eaten at across the US.

Terrible App, great food
The app is glitchy, I’ve had to reset my password multiple times, it never saves my card, why doesn’t it have Apply Pay, after selecting items it goes back to the very homepage you start at but the food is good!
Not helpful
The app will allow you to select all of your items then tell you the location is too busy for mobile orders.
Needs more functionality
I wish a notes section could be added. I also wish gift cards coukd be added as a form of payment.
Useless can’t use in restaurant
You can’t use this when dining in. What’s the purpose of this app!??!
Just use the website
It looks sleek, but that doesn’t make it function. You can’t order drive up using the app for some reason and it will let you order happy hour items when it’s not happy hour which means your order most likely wouldn’t be honored. I didn’t fully try. I got up to the payment to see if it would let me and it did. I’m not trying to screw the restaurant, just trying to test the app. Save your data space and just use the website.

Step Backwards
If this were 2008, I’d say it’s a solid first attempt at an app—but in 2025, this app feels like a step backward. You have to start the entire ordering process over if want more than one roll so get ready to tap and scroll repeatedly—it’s far from user-friendly.
Even more frustrating, the app doesn’t allow you to use Flagship’s own gift cards, which are heavily promoted elsewhere. You’ll have to go in-store if you want to use them. Happy hour pricing? Good luck finding it in the app. You’re honestly better off just calling the store and ordering over the phone.
To top it off, several of the product images are broken, making the whole thing feel unfinished. It’s a shame they moved away from their previous system; at least that worked. This app could be so much better with a little care, but right now, it misses the mark in all the wrong ways.
Only reason it isn’t a 1 star is that after all the work I was still able to get sushi ordered; hopefully it actually gets made🤞🤞 based on the experience here I’m not confident.

Great App
The Blue Sushi Sake Grill app promises an easy and efficient way to order sushi on the go and we love it. The app likely offers a seamless experience, from browsing the menu to placing orders, and perhaps includes features like customizing orders, tracking deliveries, and earning rewards!!!

Food is fantastic. Only place I get sushi. However, the app is useless. Every time
I go to check out, there’s always a problem. “Blue sushi is currently not taking online orders” or “This location does not support level up rewards” It use to work, but I haven’t been able to get an order through the last several times, so I will be deleting it.

App Crashes/Unable to Checkout
I keep earning rewards but am unable to spend them because the app keeps crashing. I have to delete and redownload for it to work at all, and it’s completely unavailable during normal meal times.
THe best sushi!!!
Service has always been great and they have the best vegan sushi rolls!! I love that they have made the effort and some amazing rolls

Can’t use rewards
The app won’t actually let you use the rewards you earn. I have a $5 off reward but if I have it toggled on, it says any items I add to my order are not available. I toggle the reward off and suddenly all items are available again.
GREAT FOOD! App neds some work
Can’t use gift cards, email promos codes don’t transfer to app. Some menu items missing, like Veggie Tempura… which is delish!! Can’t add notes to items ordered and can’t always customize like you can in restaurant or by phone order. GREAT FOOD, though!
Useless
I don’t understand purpose of this app? You only get points if you put money on app. Why don’t you have QR codes to scan like every other reward app?!
