Worst customer service
This is a boutique that I found on tik tok and if you’re on tik tok I definitely recommend! However the app has been a terrible experience. Checking out process is a nightmare and if you need assistance from their customer service that is definitely an impossible challenge. I made the mistake of going through with my purchase on the app and I regret it 100%. Again I am not rating the boutique, I am rating the app. If you can visit on tik tok i do recommend that be the only place you visit them through.

Blue waters best ever
I’ve been shopping with blue waters for over 6 years once I found their Boutique I never went to any other boutiques after that not only is that a place to shop but a community of women that care about each other and a place of us to go when we have a bad day or whatever we need to talk about the drinkwaters are the nicest and most generous people ever and their prices can’t be beat i’m so proud of them and wish them continued success. they have added many additions to their retail network, which are also so awesome each one offer a different a variety of things. If you’ve never shop with them, they should start now right now whether it’s on the website or on TikTok, you won’t regret it did I mention I’m 70 years old and very big they carry a lot of plus sizes a lot of boutiques don’t💙

As a former IT professional, I was very excited to start using the new app that Shannon and Guy had built over the last year, and launched last month.
While the app is going under the normal “growing pains”, updates and tweaks, I’m very impressed!
Looking forward to many more cool features, increased product info and accessibility, continued community building, and ease of use.
It must be said that a truly important part of my positive experiences with Blue Waters are the many helpful and talented employees both in front of the cameras and behind the scenes that provide customer service, design, sell, pack, ship, and more.
Shopping with my favorite boutique is even more enjoyable now!

I was so impressed with how size inclusive the store is, as well as transparent with the customers. I’ve become a regular customer & I kid you not , I have not been disappointed with anything I’ve purchased. A family owned company, they are always looking for the best deals for customers. The community is even better than the products!
Having been a member of the Blue Waters community for just about a year, I think it’s important to note that the community is what keeps me around. Don’t get me wrong, I adore most of the items I have purchased, but those are secondary.
As a woman of a “ certain age”, kindness, inclusivity, caring, empathy, diversity, service, sharing tears, sharing laughter, shared missions, and freedom to “BE”, is more important than ever!
This group has helped me break free of some old-school judgments about fashion and accessories. I am totally able to be myself here. There is none of the usual back-stabbing, complaining without working towards a solution, size-prejudice, and generational divide that I’ve found in other online boutiques.
I heartily recommend that you give this community a try - I don’t think you will be disappointed!
Oh - to head off any confusion about me statement about liking “ most of the items - - the fault of this (if that’s even the way to phrase it) is mine. Shopping online can be challenging with some optical issues, and my lack of interest in taking my measurements from time to time … the descriptions provided in writing and by the seller in LIVES has been on point. In fact, there have been multiple times where they have advised against a purchase due to a particular brands sizing for example.

This cream is exactly as it was described. Very hydrating and the scent is perfect. Love this so much I bought 10 jars. Maybe I will share as gifts. lol

I’m a new shopper after being referred by my friends. Lives are fun to watch and I got my first order super quick. Loved the quality and mystery items. Will definitely be back, way better than other boutiques I’ve shopped with.
Beware
Items oversell, you get charged and are never contacted. Then they go on the live and lie about the issue and say those that had oversold items were given replacements and freebies which is not the case.

Blue Waters is the absolute best place to shop! Shannon is so honest and helpful. She never pressures you t buy. She encourages you to just come for the fun even if you can’t but. I have never had to return anything. She is spot on with her sizing recommendations. Customer Service is awesome at getting answers and helping in anyway they can. If you want a stress free place to shop. This is it. Oh and shipping is so fast!!

It took over a MONTH to receive my product I asked about it and after 3 hours was told that they “ told the fulfillment center” a few days later it finally shipped but it would have been nice to receive the product on time. Especially if their website says they” take pride in fast shipping” and they “ ship 1-2 days of product being ordered”

Used to be great. Not anymore.
I used to love shopping here. They had the best prices and free shipping and everything was of high quality. But now they have started with the drop shipping garbage which are lower quality products with no brands and no tags. They are sell outs like many other boutiques, unfortunately. They lost the personal touch that used to make them different. I also don’t appreciate the constant complaining about how expensive shipping is while in the same breath bragging about their elaborate luxury vacations.
