Call mine R2D2

My R2D2 is absolutely amazing, it’s responsive to a micro level. During the recent Canadian fires (hundreds of miles away), the outside air quality was poor, and our unit often picked up moderately poor, interior air quality and eliminated it. Love it!

Great

It worked great so far. Air quality has been better in our home.?

Needs HomePod support!!!

Great product but misses usability with Apple Siri and HomePod usability.

If it can work with Alexa and Google why not Apple HomePod and Siri voice commands?

BlueAir air purifier support needed !!!

Account for an air purifier?

Yikes. Do I want to make an account so I can see what my air purifier is doing? NOPE. I don’t even see a better PM2.5 reading through the app? I would need a better reason to have another service monitoring my life.

problems? Delete and reinstall the app

I previously wrote a negative review because the app was horrible for a long time. I couldn’t get any live or historical air quality readings. I finally tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. That fixed everything. Works great now. Air purifiers have been excellent for the 5 years that I’ve had them.

Best product on the market

We have purchased many other brands but Blueair is the best because it’s simple to operate and change the filters. It tells you on their app when that is necessary to do and provides a video on how to change it. Most importantly, the product does a terrific job on cleaning dust, improving the family’s allergies!

New BlueAir

So far so good...working like a charm. Saw my BlueAir monitor the air while cooking and it went from red back to blue and it was far away from the kitchen. So it's doing what it's support to do. So currently I'm pleased.

App is still unstable

After nearly 5 years of my Classic 500 series air purifier connected to the App, it suddenly disappeared from my device list after just controlling the device with the App. I changed the fan setting, closed the app, and when I opened it again to change the setting again, the device was no longer there. I have tried to add it back several times but there is a a network error preventing me from completing the task. Again, I have had several blueair devices for years and have consistently had problems with the App. Disappointing.

Protect Series has disappeared from App

The Protect series had disappeared from their app. I cannot add my filters. I cannot turn the light off. Customer service has not been helpful.

How can I add Protect series when they are not listed?

Fresh air

It’s my first time buying a purifier and so far it’s working exactly as expected. It’s quiet, easy to set up and use. So far it’s great

Great Product Overall

The air purifier works incredibly well. The best one I’ve tried so far. The app is intuitive and the UI is great. Nothing bad to say and don’t have any constructive criticism. The product is just overall great.

Glitchy

Lots of bugs lately. I change the fan setting in my son’s room and then navigate back to the main screen, and my settings didn’t save. Sometimes I have to do it several times which is a very annoying waste of time.

Used to work broken for many months

No longer provides monitoring or air quality history or working orders. “Auto” mode is now useless. App doesn’t even respond when switched to monthly graph. All features used to work when purchased but now they don’t care. Avoid.

Aesthetic update at a cost

Since updating the UI, my blue air 311i+ max no longer gives any readings other than “0” at least I know the filter is still reading properly because it ramps up and down when I cook but no records and bogus reports make this app far less useful than it was initially.

The app used to be pretty good…

Now it’s terrible. I can no longer see large regional or global air quality. You used to be able to zoom out and see everything, which was great.

My local device data is now unreadable. It’s useless basically.

I’m not sure what’s happening. If the company is spiraling. It’s really frustrating to buy premium to get “smart” products that don’t really work or do anything better than taping a merv filter to a box fan. Which, is probably what I will do next time instead of buying a $300 dumb air filter from Blueair.

I’m not even going to get into my previous issues I had with my filter subscription with them.

This is where tech and the road meet; it’s usually not helpful in the end. Go buy a cheaper filter somewhere else. Blueair ain’t it.

Product drops off app

Try to buy replacement filters and the app just spins and spins. Open my app for blue air and my units aren’t there and have to re-add them. Terrible

심플하니 너무좋다

심플하고 깨끗한

WiFi won’t pair, garbage app

Tried multiple times to pair the app to the device. Was hit with multiple ad pop ups on the support page..garbage!

Great product

Great air purifier and it’s very easy to use and to manage

Fix the buying filters through the app

It’s almost impossible to make a purchase for filter replacement from the app. I have three filters and purchasing process is confusing and quite often freezes, not opening correct page and not synced with account to continue purchase from the web page. It took me 30+ minutes to purchase those and it’s super annoying.
