WiFi won’t pair, garbage app
Tried multiple times to pair the app to the device. Was hit with multiple ad pop ups on the support page..garbage!

Great air purifier and it’s very easy to use and to manage
Fix the buying filters through the app
It’s almost impossible to make a purchase for filter replacement from the app. I have three filters and purchasing process is confusing and quite often freezes, not opening correct page and not synced with account to continue purchase from the web page. It took me 30+ minutes to purchase those and it’s super annoying.

Great Air Purifier, But Needs Filter Reset in App
This is a great air purifier. I have one in my room, one in each of my kids room and one on my main level. The air purifier works great, but I wish the app had the option to reset the filter instead of having to press and hold a button that doesn’t work half the time. Please, developers, add a filter reset button inside the app.

App glitchy not updated often
App is glitchy device air qualities not updated properly on their flagship product.
Air qualities just constantly say reading, no matter what you do seems to be a new permanent feature of uselessness.
Certainly not what I’d expect for a $400 air purifier.

Selling your data for money
This app constantly tracks everything you do on your device 24/7. Don’t believe me? Read their “privacy policy.” Link at the bottom of this page. After what we pay for these products, we should be able to have a remote, without “becoming the product.”
Lacks support for all devices

Connectivity issues
The app just keeps getting worse. It doesn’t track the air quality properly.
It also keeps telling me my device is offline. The only thing is to delete the device and add it again. Which then gets rid of everything including how long the filters have been used for.
I’m only using this app because I still use their air purifier. I’m seriously thinking of getting another from a better brand.

Needs a widget option
Good app and it’s simple and clean. I would suggest adding a widget for easy access and quick on/off controls
So slow
When I started using the app two years ago, I was hoping that Blueair would fix at least the most annoying bugs. But for me the app is still as slow and unusable.
Edit: It‘s been almost four years now and they still haven’t managed to make basic functionality work and fix major bugs, like missing chart data.
Also filter quality has gotten so much worse. Would not recommend the Blueair devices for people with MCS.

Requires online account
Requires an online account for local devices on my network. I used to use this app to control the Blueair devices in my house but now the app requires a pointless and invasive online account. I have stopped buying their devices.

I have multiple blue air filters. They all work great but the app is awful. I no longer get an air quality history and can never get an accurate live reading. It’s a joke. The air quality sits at “28” for all of my filters and never changes. It has been like this for over a year. Please revert back to the older version where things actually worked. How has this been allowed to go on for so long? Horrible app.

Used to work well
After updating the device simply says reading for the PM2.5. No history and never any info displayed. Also the in app links don’t load (the user manual, trying to order new filters in the app)

Car air purifier P2i Apps is disappointing
Just installed in my car. For few days, apps and control knob air quality are in syn. Of late, control
Knob indicated indoor air quality as Excellent while apps indicated as Very Polluted. Fan was set as Auto and fan speed is at low. Obviously air quality is Excellent.

Why????
Every update makes it impossible to use with classic 605. This is the longest it has gone and it is REALLY inconvenient especially when you try to reconnect multiple times. Why can’t this be avoided?
Works Great and Easy to Use
My Blueair purifier has been great so far. It’s quiet, easy to set up, and helps keep the air feeling cleaner and fresher in my home. I like that the app makes it simple to control and adjust the settings. Definitely worth it.
