Incompetent doctors
A useless service. Each time the provider does not listen well and cannot provide any help. A total waste of my time and money, like all the other garbage insurance companies, We need to vote them out of existence.
Good outcome lengthy process
For my concern several doctors cancelled on me before I got to one who immediately gave me a resolution. For that I was pleased.

First time user, so efficient!
I was a little anxious as I couldn’t tell if my insurance would cover for this visit or not. I could wait almost 2 weeks to see my doctor as it wasn’t urgent but I decided to try a virtual visit.
So glad I did. Not sure if this is covered or not but the experience was so favourable that I would have been ok to pay it!

Clunky app. Docs take forever.
The app is very clunky and buggy. Doctors take forever to get to you and help is not great usually. They often disconnect without notice. Some doctors forget to send in prescriptions and there is no way to contact them later. There are better options.
Amazing care
Dr. Mark Joyner was absolutely amazing and I’m super thankful I was able to get seen almost immediately. I’m absolutely with all services rendered and will definitely be using it again if need be.

Misleading charges
Overall a good service. However, you will be told the estimated charge is $1.00 for the visit. Seems great for simple stuff right? But then four months later I get two charges for $67.00 each on my credit card for the previous visits. No notification, no explanation, nothing in the mail. I had to go into the app and open the charges and still no explanation for the price change.

Zero feedback on wait times
I’ve been waiting for the nurse practitioner for over an hour with zero feedback on wait time to see her. A “Global Staff” agent entered the chat room and left before I could respond to his questions. I’m beginning to believe that his chat room antics may have fouled up the wait room process.
Old dog new tech
I’m an old dog that learned how to use new technology an it was amazing, highly recommended.
Does not work
I have BCBS PPO plan and it wants to charge me $67 to see a doctor and it’s supposed to be free to me. I prefer using my old insurance telehealth

This has been the best option in health care in years. I am always happy with the providers and diagnosis given.

I’ve used this app a couple of times in the pinch of not getting into my NP. It’s easy to use and very convenient to do from home when I don’t feel like getting ready to go out.

This is such a convenient way to get health care when I need it. It’s Sunday night at 9pm, my o oh other options are ER or urgent care…or wait til tomorrow and interrupt my work schedule. Instead I can discuss the ailment right now to get immediate help. And what a bargain of a $!
Go to a in person doctor or urgent care
The doctor prescribe medication that I am allergic to and I noticed that I was allergic to a certain medication. They prescribe me medication anyways and in their final documents they noted that I had no allergic to any medication. I clearly stated in the form before even seeing the doctor that I was allergic to this medication. The lady barely even wanted to hear my problem and did not want to take time with my situation. She was just trying to rush me off the call a regular real doctor in person before going to see one of these doctors

Makes my life easier
As a busy mom of 3 little boys this makes my life so much easier when I need an antibiotic for being sick or just someone to take a look at something before dragging us into urgent care.
