App Does not work properly
I’ve tried numerous times to check my son’s classes — times / log future absences however the app continues to never work. I’ve had to end up calling BlueFit to find out simple things that should be accessible via the app
Not user friendly
How on earth can we amend a booked class in the app? It’s impossible??? It shouldn’t be so hard to use!!!
Really poor design, simple actions are impossible to find
Just terrible design, commonly used functions are hidden and prominent functions are rarely used.
