Terrible UI
This new app is incredibly frustrating to use! The UI design is terrible and seems to completely ignore how customers actually use the app.
The most obvious example is the "Upcoming Class" section on the homepage. It displays your upcoming class but offers absolutely no interaction. You can't simply tap on it to reschedule or cancel!
Isn't that one of the most basic things users would want to do? Why show upcoming classes so prominently if users can't actually do anything with them?
The previous app was much easier to use. Now even simple tasks like cancelling a class have become unnecessarily complicated.
It genuinely feels like the designers have never used this app themselves or considered real user needs. A complete failure of user experience design.

Extremely Difficult
I have been transferred over to this app for our swim school. The previous app was easy to use and navigate. With this new app I don’t actually know why they would even have it. There is actually no functionality. I cannot see progress, how to change bookings. Not even worth having

Impossible to use
Love this swimming centre almost as much as I hate the app. It doesn’t show my swim center so it’s literally impossible for me to use.

One of the best learn to swim programs in Australia
The app serves its purpose and the Carlile learn to swim program is fantastic, maybe only topped by elite schools with Olympic pathways like Pymble Ladies College
