I want to love this but…
I really want to love this app. They post great content on instagram and I want to support them however the search function is a nightmare. No category search, if you don’t know the exact product name you won’t find it. There are spelling mistakes and inconsistent spelling (example lasagna/lasagne, Cleavers/Cleaver’s) which makes finding things even harder - only exact matches show in results.
I have reached out to the team but had no response at all, which makes it even more frustrating as they promote a community vibe.
At this time I would suggest following on instagram but not wasting your money with the app☹️

It’s not really a swap tool
Disappointed in this app. I was hoping that I could add a supermarket staple (or scan the code) and it would provide me with a better/cleaner option. But no. If something is not in the app, it’s no good, and you need to navigate through yourself on what might be a better option (eg muesli bar, no real alternative, so change search to snack bar to be able to see something). Definitely not like what their insta reels are like. I do like that their prices are updated with specials.

Not keeping my membership
I like the idea of this app, but half the time I don’t know if a product doesn’t come up in search because it hasn’t been added or if it’s not recommended. I would love a barcode scan function that could find the product and tell you either way.
Also; it’s really slow to open the app, which is very unhelpful when I’m trying to shop with my kids, and I’d like to quickly check something.
Love shopping better for my family, but should be easier and more functionality in the app.

Deceptive - no mention of costs
Deceptive marketing with this app. I don’t mind paying for good apps, however I am less inclined to want to purchase an app that did not mention in the description accessibility is limited without membership fees. You have to sign up, register, security code, log in.. only to then discover you have to pay. Highly disappointing .
