Won’t last
Very disappointed with thermostat. Only had 2 years and will no longer connect via WiFi. Also did not like the display on my phone. Very disappointed! Will definitely replace and not repurchase this brand!
Terribly buggy
New device. New app. Connected to Wi-Fi but app shuts down and logs out every time enter is pressed. Can never get to use Wi-Fi to control thermostat

Can’t program thermostat
I’m unable to program my thermostat with this app, which is the number one reason to have the app. Everytime I try to program it crashes and I have to reopen it.
Love Remote Checkin
I have had nonissues with the app and it is much easier than using the thermostat. Best part is being able to check on the system while traveling.
Works great w/ Alexa+
First, Get a dedicated 2.4 extender for $10 and ur golden. It’ll make connecting any other non-matter 2.4 smart devices easier too. Once I connected that to this cheap WiFi extender it has been working perfectly. The app stays connected and reconnects if I unplug the extender. Only complaints are The schedule feature definitely has room for improvement but I do all that through Alexa so it’s moot for me now. Also it’d be nice if the app would have pass through control of all the settings like fan settings and switching to Heat and off. But it stays connected and Alexa stays connected to it and adjusts the temp every time I ask.

Password Rest
I am trying to reset my password. I submitted my email for password twice and still no email. When I click on app support it asks me to sign in.....I CAN'T, because the app is not sending the password reset. ANNNNNDDD, I tried to use a different email and it tells me that the serial number is already being used. WHAT DO I DO????

Good Once Set Up
The thermostat was installed by prior homeowner and they had misplaced the manuals. I was in my own to find and set up the thermostat and the app. I know there are security considerations but I found it a bit challenging to set up. Found out after calling Support I couldn’t set up without ‘permission’ from prior owner. Ended up calling Support for help. They wanted me to get some info from prior owner but agreed that wasn’t practical and just reset the app for a new install. Pretty easy after that. I actually find I don’t use it as much after setting schedules where I want. Just on occasion. Convenient to have though. No real issues. PS: Support was very helpful.

Loses program
The software is poor. Programming is not intuitive, and often the programmed temps, are over written by the server requiring a complete reprogramming of set temps. Tech support has claimed they are working on it. Been a year now with zero results. I would NOT recommend this product.

so I wake up this morning to turn off my goddamn air-conditioning, and neither one of my thermostats are showing up on this junk app
Constant Error
I like that I can adjust the thermostat from my phone but there are too many times where the app has an error and will not respond, and I have also not been able to figure out how to turn off the programmed temperature settings. I know how to adjust the programmed times but I would like to set the temperature my self as weather is very unpredictable

Great but needs portrait mode
App needs a portrait mode, please release that feature. Thank you! Also introduce a feature where it says the HVAC is ON and running and report should show the duty cycle (times it was on and off)

We installed several of these thermostats in our church and the are performing perfectly.
Hard pass
Cost a lot. Little use. The one time did need it, we were too faraway from a cellular tower to use it.
Malfunctioning
Seems to disconnect from the WiFi whenever it wants and now I can’t even get it to reconnect. I’ve been trying for months to reconnect to my phone with no luck
Disappointed
I hate how you can not work the app I’m landscape mode—very annoying. I have an Ecobee thermostat at vacation home and app is more user friendly. This app still needs a lot of work.
Hate this app
You have to sign in every time and everything is horizontal on your iPhone! They need an update that will change the direction of the app and eliminate some of this archaic structure!!
