App doesn’t work

This app would not work on my phone when the HVAC guy installed it. He got it to work once and then thought it was fixed. He then did my wife’s phone and hers worked perfectly. Mine has worked a total of 4 times since I bought the thermostat.

Slow…

It’s so slow. I’ll open the app and it’ll pull up the current temp and setting. The second I try to adjust anything, 7 time out of 10 it’ll just time out and not connect. At this point it’s a pos app. It’s needs an update badly.
