Inaccurate and doesn’t communicate properly, no HomeKit
This app has been a joke for a long time and multiple versions and rewrites, the app doesn’t report the status accurately, it doesn’t communicate properly when I change the fan speed for instance, and they took away the better view of the weather showing with the temperature outside and the temperature inside from the previous app rewrite, and there’s still no HomeKit. This company promised to add HomeKit a year ago and they haven’t done a thing yet.

Works but Info Might be Wrong
This app works great for controlling what I need from my couch. There’s plenty of options. That being said, the inverter always says either working at 89 percent capacity or off. It’s always possible something is legitimately wrong with my system but I think it’s more than likely something wrong with how the app tracks the variable system.

Trying to create account
Can’t even create an account. None of the verification codes sent will work.
Frustrated
Worked fine for almost 3 years. About a month or so ago it stopped connected to the company server. Connects to my WiFi just fine. Using 2.4ghz router. Won’t connect to company’s Data or OTA server. Completely useless. Local HVAC installer says they have no idea why.

Barebones
Maybe it’s only the thermostat model I have, but I was expecting this to be much more than just a “set temperature” app. Where are the usage graphs? Fan speed/stage information over time? Temperature graphs over time, etc etc. These seem like basic features for a smart thermostat + app. Am I missing something?
