Almost worthless since 2020
Consistently unable to connect and/or doesn’t send updates to the system. Shows “live” data from hour(s) ago. I’ve had this system since 2017 so I have years of experience with it. The APP is trash.
Worked great initially, now- NOT
For many years the worked fine, now it won’t sync at all - pretty much useless

The app doesn’t connect any more. Just shows an old screen from a year ago.
Terrible and obviously they don't care
This app is terrible. It hasn't been updated in seven years. Obviously the company doesn't care because they know it's the only option. This makes my "smart thermostat" so stupid.
Terrible User Experience
Terrible design, terrible features, terrible UX. Clearly created by non-professional designers. Should be thrown out and start over. Is also unstable. I am angry that my HVAC contractor installed this and stuck me with this.
