App is stupid
When my geofence is on the time is ignored. A lot of us would like both. Fix your formula. This is awful programming. I wish I could use nest. I hate American Standard. They also sold my info so I get telemarketers all the time. I know it was them because my brother and I registered at the same time and I get calls about his house. Idiots.

Sucks to DEATH
It’s really really bad. Can’t even load a device or connect to WiFi bad! Not worth it at all!

Outdated and Buggy
This app is like using something created for the first iPhone. The one function that I did use on a daily basis and really liked was the runtime history, and that no longer works for some unknown reason. It would be helpful if the developers would actually read and address the concerns in the reviews instead of just thanking the people who say positive things.

Frustrated
The app will randomly disconnect from our thermostats. Extremely frustrating! We don’t live in this home full time. The fact that I can’t see or adjust my thermostats is not what I thought it was was getting.
This sucks
I hate this system it doesn’t work right. The system itself works but I can’t find any hvac people to help me.
