Unable to open investment page to view/trade. Can do it on the desktop but not through this app. Making it close to useless.

I can see my fsa balance, but on my iPhone, I am unable to submit a claim for reimbursement so it’s basically useless to me.

Can't Log In
I can log into my account using browser on my laptop can't login with same credentials on iPhone app. Too frustrated too even call to fix ... and no number on the app login page to call for help anyway. Very disappointed.

Can’t even take a pic of receipt to match transaction. What is the purpose of attach receipt???

Worst app ever, does not allow you to hit back arrow to back out of a different page you have to close app and re log in!! Absolutely garbage it’s 2019 get with it!

Does not work
I just obtained this app. After numerous attempts , I could not even sign in. I'm quite meticulous with sign in names and passwords and had no problem signing in online . However , this app apparently has not been polished. Shame.
Needs better functionality
Can not approve or process expenses.....You have to do it online. No alert when new expense arrives. What's the point of this app when you have to go to the website to actually do something on your account.
BCBSRI online login does not work
The credentials are correct when I try to sign in... but it's not recognizing my account pass.
I'm starting to wonder if it's HSA only (and therefore the title is misleading when it says BCBS of Rhode Island).
Disappointed.
