CANNOT RESTORE
I haven’t used this wallet in months. When I open it, the only thing I see is the Blue Wallet icon and a prompt to enter my password. I don’t remember my password, and I didn’t write it down, nor is it saved in any browser password list. How am I supposed to restore it using the mnemonic phrase I saved? I closed the app and also checked for an update. What am I supposed to do, developer?

Not sure if BlueWallet had custodial Lightning support in the past and it was removed but the “zero-configuration Lightning” claim is deceptive since the Lightning wallet feature requires entering the address to your Lightning node. Definitely not designed for onboarding grandma to Lightning.

Why can’t I generate a 24-word seed the normal way instead of going through manual generation of entropy. The simple ‘create wallet’ should be able to auto-calculate from device-generated entropy and output a 24-word seed just as it does a 12-word seed so give us the option. ‘Create wallet’ should be followed by both options (12 and 24 word seed), and we pick!

I had two pending transactions, I used the fee bump feature. It merged both transactions and made the fee on the remaining one the whole amount of the first. I basically paid twice what I wanted to pay. Thanks to this glitchy app.
Edit: In response to the developer, thanks for taking the time to reply but two transactions to two separate addresses ended up merged for the total of the send value of both, not the upgraded fee value. Imagine a fee bump on a $6 and a $7 transaction and the $7 disappears and instead it sends $13 to the first address… if I made a mistake then the UI needs improvement. If I didn’t make a mistake you have a bug. I dunno. All I know is one transaction disappeared and the other one ballooned in value.
