Be aware

Once you open and accept this app you can’t back out of it.
You pay monthly until your bank account reads zero.
I’ve tried without sympathy or understanding!
It’s a scam and I don’t know why apple supports this to be honest😢

Not great

Face scan takes ages to work and there’s no reason or rhym to make it work.
When I did it, I just about managed to scan my passport.
When my wife downloaded the app, it didn’t give the option for scanning a passport at all, so it wouldn’t even scan it.
They need to improve their scanning algorithm

You have 7 steps and it gets stuck on the 5th step and can’t get any further ..

Not user friendly

Id. has been verified and uploaded … but apparently cant send to anyone asking without deleting the app, reinstalling and reuploading ID everytime someone needs verification. This was the advice given to me by the company’s service desk. That is insanely ridiculous. What company deems that to be acceptable?
