Don’t order from here!
I ordered from here one time and I’ll never do it again. Yes they have cute stuff but I basically paid for something I’ll never see. They made me go back and forth weird then about my package not being delivered. That’s not even the worst part after 3 weeks of complaints they finally sent me a picture of them “dropping off my package.” They drought my package to the wrong address. I resent them the pictures that they took and showed them that it they dropped it off at the wrong address and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it. They said that’s a delivery issue and I need to take it up with them and I would not be getting my money back and they won’t replace my items. They gave me store credit but it wasn’t equal to the amount I paid. Then after a week they took the credit out of my account. That being said this ghetto scamming app trying to steal your money.

Never received anything
I ordered from there about a year ago I never received any packages or anything and when I tried to return it they never gave me my money back it’s a iffy situation with blushmark I did my research on them before doing it and I’ve seen so many blushmark hauls but when I order 70$ worth of things I was upset with the fact it never came and I never got my money back till this day they wouldn’t give me points for a refund or anything I know doing this now won’t help anything but I hope you guys see this review and realize a bunch of them other reviews could be scammers and be there ppl writing them to trick you guys into buying from them don’t let them scam you guys idk how it is now but I still wouldn’t trust it it’s just another rip off of shein …ps I was really upset because I was gonna come out my comfort zone and wear some clothes I wouldn’t have dared to think of just for it to not come and they were so cute very upset with that don’t trust blushmark guys

This is my second time ordering a few items on blushmark, the first time I never had any problems I got my package right on time. I ordered a few items this time and been tracking it ever since so I noticed a few problems with my tracking details, the tracking details won’t update or tell me anything else it just says “transfer to sinoair” I contacted the agency and they gave me this tracking number with USPS but it turns out I’ve got the wrong tracking number and been tracking the wrong package or even maybe they sent my package to the wrong location idk.. but I have been so frustrated on this whole catastrophe and I don’t trust blushmark anymore like I used to so I don’t think I will be using it anymore because now I’m having second thoughts because it’s becoming a untrustworthy site even SHEIN is a lot more better than this but blushmark may have a few better items on here so that’s the reason why I ordered but I will not again this feedback may have not been helpful to a few people but that’s just me.

Shipping
I ordered on February 5th and my package was supposed to be here on February 14th. It sat at the warehouse to get package until the 14th. They said it was picked up and left the warehouse on the 13th but then on the 14th it said it was waiting to be picked up and shipped. The 15th it was in transit for clearance which it also said it was cleared all on the 15th. Then the 27th it says transfer to SINOAIR. And haven’t had an updated yet since then. They give you these points or each day! But me personally when i spend $200 plus on clothes i rather have my clothes than point that only adds up to what $5 cause they put a cap on how many point. I needed these clothes for my birthday vacation planned ahead and order over 20days in advance and now i will most likely have to go somewhere and buy even more clothes. I wish i insert pics so i can show my receipts on how my process and what they saying on my package. Also no tracking number either.

Something is not right about this order & company!! MY PACKAGE has not moved ANYWHERE since 1/28 order was placed on 1/21 during their holiday which was over the 26th after all that waitin and patiently because of their holiday I respected they claim to have sent my package 1/28. The tracking number provided the package has not moved at all in 6 days. USPS is saying "label created, but that does not mean USPS has received package".They need to CHECK the NUMBER this is UNSCCEPTABLE! Order placed 1/21, a LABEL CREATED 1/28 & it still has not reached USPS NO MOVEMENT. REFUND ME MY MONEY, this is UNACCEPTABLE this means my package is just latying around somewhere it does not take 5 or 6 days to see that the package is moving within the system. I would like a refund to much dishonesty with this company. You keep supplying me the same tracking number & USPS keeps saying a label has been created which does not mean it reached USPS! You see the screen shot. Tired of playing these holiday games and your company keeps giving me the same tracking number of a package that has not moved!!
