Problems when using garages that offer free parking
They basically stole 5€ from me because I used a parking garage of a grocery store in Vienna which had free parking for customers. But because bmove was active once you go close to the entrance they immediately charged you and there was no way to cancel or undo. Also reached out to support but they didn’t care

Mi ha salvato a Pordenone dove non avevo spicci e l’app concorrente non funzionava. APPREZZATISSIMA e immediata la funzione ‘ospite’ così senza perdere ulteriore tempo puoi pagare direttamente la sosta essendo integrata con Apple Pay senza dover passare per link o verifiche del caso.
Open ticket error - No support at all!
We parked via camera parking in a garage and left the next day. The ticket kept on running. It‘s still open and keeps getting more expensive every day - even though we left over a week ago. The support is non existent: we reached out four times and got no response or reaction of any kind so far! This whole app is a nightmare and we have no idea how to get out of it!

Fehlende Nutzerfreundlichkeit bei Erstkonfiguration
Vor unserem Besuch in Wien habe ich extra die App installiert und das KfZ Kennzeichen inklusive der Kreditkartenangaben hinterlegt.
Beim Hineinfahren in das Parkhaus wurde jedoch kein Parkvorgang gestartet und wir erhielten auch keinen Code. Bei der Ausfahrt mussten wir daher den regulären Preis bezahlen.
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice soll anscheinend ticketless nicht ausreichend konfiguriert worden sein, so dass sie mir beim Preis nicht entgegenkommen wollen. Leider ist mir bislang immer noch nicht bewusst, welche Konfiguration ich hätte vornehmen müssen. Schade, werde die App daher nicht mehr nutzen und deinstallieren.

Funktioniert wie erwartet
Gegen Ablauf der Zeit kam eine Meldung und ich hätte bei Bedarf verlängern können
Great idea, bad execution
Application does not provide receipts for the parking with ticketless, furthermore I experience issues at the gate regularly, which is impossible to solve as there is no workaround available.

A mobile app with the sole purpose of paying stuff not accepting Apple Pay or at least Paypal - no thanks

Trying to set this up in a car park wasn’t fun/obvious. No Apple Pay?! At least it works, but it’s not easy

Ich konnte die Tiefgarage Kärntner Str. 51, 1010 Wien, Österreich, nicht benutzen. Ich wurde gezwungen, ein Papier-Ticket am Schranken zu nehmen. Danach sagte mir ein Mitarbeiter, dass ich nicht über Ihre App bezahlen könne. Ich musste 4,50 € pro Stunde zahlen. Ihre App funktioniert nicht, obwohl überall angegeben ist, dass man sie herunterladen und 2,50 € bezahlen soll. Das ist falsch.

The buttons don’t work. If given multiple options, I can’t select any. It won’t let me click on my credit card. This app needs serious work.
Don’t recommend
Way too complicated app. In 15 min after installing and answering tons of questions you’ll be nowhere. Easier is to pay at the kiosk.

Hello, I had a problem leaving the parking lot. I called your support and opened a barrier. I went and deleted your app. Forgot about him. I recently arrived for a new parking lot and a barrier without a coupon opened up for me. I was told because I use your app. I had to download it again. It turned out that since then it's time for parking and I've been coupon for more than 100 days! This time also had a problem with leaving and I was opened the barrier again and it's time for the coupon again!! how do i close them?? Maybe the problem was because I was from Ukraine and paid in Croatia?

Funktioniert nicht auf iPhone 12 mit Apple-Anmeldung.
Die App lässt sich laden und starten. Nach Anmeldung mit Apple kommen die Zustimmung für Standort, Meldungen und Kamera. Der „Fortfahren“-Button ist grün, lässt sich aber nicht betätigen.
