Who designs this stuff? Can’t work under 5g, app is useless, garbage. Just useless.
Can't use settings page
The screen that lets you set a timer times out and doesn't work. You can only use it to set scenes, but no other screen in app works. Still in version one. Clearly an Amazon trash product.

Cannot use any of the functions in app
I had no problem getting this plug to connect to my WiFi. I also can click the on/off toggle to control the plug manually. But I am unable to use any of the features such as scheduling, countdown, etc. if I go to the settings I just get a loading screen and then after awhile I get a message saying there's an issue with the product. I've tried restarting the plug and reconnecting but this did not help. I can't even use my smart plugs for what I bought them for thanks to the faulty app.

Doesn’t work
Worked fine for 2 weeks,now keeps telling me to reset to connect to my network…huh?
App is Impossible to Use
I had no issues connecting the smart plugs to my WiFi. However, the app is next to useless. Any time I click to a new page, the app loads until it times out. I can’t set a schedule or anything. The only thing I’ve been able to do is add the devices, but what good is that if the app is too buggy to even be able to access any controls?

Switch off and on is good. Errthang Else is dumpster Juice
Setting the timer is troublesome. To move from one task to tha next. Is time consuming. The app just hang in one window. Thereafter, if you made it to the task. The app hang process starts over. I’ve been at this for a few days now. Trying to set the timer. 🤷🏽♀️👈🏿 Oh well.

the interface for this app is terrible. it took a number of tries to program the times for a lamp. and then to change it, forget about it. this ought to be simple; it’s not.

Bought these smart plugs and had to download the app to control them via my phone. The connection process was pretty simple following the instructions. Pretty cool features within the app like setting scheduled ON/OFF times and remote ON/OFF controls from virtually anywhere via your phone, which is perfect for lazy/forgetful people like myself lol.

Best smart app created!
Downloaded this app to control my Wi-Fi smart plugs and it’s been working great! It has a lot of cool features such as controlling remotely, schedules and scene features. Really recommend it!
Easy to use
The app is appealing to the eye and instructions are clear and easy to follow. If your having problems just call customer service. They’re great help!

BNC-60 wo-Fi plug
Took a bit of time getting it to connect to my wi-fi. Had to first move the plug to my office where the router is located then connect via Bluetooth then I was able to exit the app and log back in then tap the + then connect to my wi-fi.
This is in a vacation home so won’t know if I can operate the plug from my home, in another state, over the internet.

Error codes are useless, this app is so poorly written I can’t even register to use it and it fails to tell me what to fix
