This version of the application freezes and shuts down when trying to loginβ¦!!!
Itβs been almost a year and still didnβt fix this issue when youβre adding your account
you might not see a "Done" or "Enter" button on the iOS keyboard, so unable to move forward

This app is very frustrating. It doesnβt work at all. if I want to send money Iβm gonna have to deal *815# which is tiring and long process. If you can fix this app Please do. I thought there was something wrong with my network, but other mobile banking applications work perfectly.

Worst banking next to CBE
- Receipts are only in screenshots. They dont give you a website link and pdf which makes the receipts highly editable
- Transaction history is only avaialable for the last 6 transactions (no one knows why, why cant it be so long like telebirr)
- A customer could give you a FT transaction reference and there is no way to verify it if its not in the last 6 transactions (even CBE has a way to verify receipts
- Doesnt show the exact time of transaction
This is the worst thing you could ever use for business or personal. Just stick to other banking options. I wish I could give it zero stars instead of 1
