Worst company

They have a Mystiq watch, on the manual it asks to download hub app but the support page asks you to download the crest app and the watch cant be found anywhere. Mo chat support either!!!

The app comes with awesome facilities, and you can do anything off your phone with this WhatsApp, and make calls even you can control your music from there as well as your camera so I will recommend this app to everyone.

I really like this app. There is no bug or even it didn't get lagged when i used it I can connect this to my smart watch which is very useful. It is usefull for fitness goals. Boat products gets more effective or useful after connecting with this app.

Great app to track your health

We can connect multiple devices with the app and Health Tracking is good and accurate 90% of the time on the IPhone.

Watch faces diminished from boat hub app

Utterly disappointed that watch faces in boat hub app are vanished and shows forbidden resources.
Never ever gonna buy boat products
Could have rated zero stars if possible👎🏻

When making the setup it shows “internal error“ after setting the height and unable move further.
Please fix the error.

Forbidden Resource Error

From last couple of months facing issue in app like “forbidden resource”.
After many updates, till date no any fixes for the same from Boat.

Media sound turn off option not available

The wave leap call watch acts as a speaker. It even plays keyboard typing sound along with any video/audio sounds. There is no option to stop media sounds from playing in the watch or in the app. I would appreciate if you can provide a fix for this. The customer care also gives no solution.

Pathetic App

The app fails to sync data even though its connected. Old data get lost on every manual sync and does not retain any information. Even if you die working and moving this app will always say no data found.
No use if you buy a smart watch because no data is maintained.
