The main problem is that other apps don't let you add notifications and you can't customize watch faces.

This brand is not friendly with iphone. When I get a call connect with my phone not received any notification with this Boat Smartwatch. Vary poor service.

They do not have much cloud watch faces. They have the same old outdated themes and crap. Never gonna buy a boat watch ever. Better go for Mi or Apple this boat is crap and nothing else.

Sync problem with ios. Restarted again n again
Kindly update the App. Unable to sync data with iPhone 12 mini. During sync in progress it restarted again n again. Have to unbind n link again due to this all data get lost daily.
Needs improvement.
When walk it tracks all the details like pace, avg time and distance covered. But when do other activities like cycling it wonโt show the avg time taken and pace only it show the calories burnt.

Great watch, but not a great app
I like the watch and how it functions but this application is such a let down. Other brands offer great cloud faces but there is a lack of updates, features and everything else. A good product from boat let down by a third party app because they chose to outsource it. You guys can do better!
Unable to change activities
I am unable yo remove any preselected activity from the activities selection and change or add a new activity. The app always gives an error when adding any activity. Please suggest or any guidance on this. Seems to be a bug for me please fix this asap

Watch restarting while Syncing
While syncing watch restarts. Because of that Instead of updating new steps data to app it is rewriting watch data to previous steps data.

Not showing distance covered in bike mode
It just shows calories burned & heart rate for bike mode after cycling finished. No distance is measured or displayed in appโฆ!! Basic parameter is missingโฆ pls improve.
