For video call initiated by the kids, we are only receiving notification on the phone. Kindly do the needful for sending a proper ring alert on receipt of video call from the watch.

Pathetic

Can’t bind the app to my smartphone. Even after multiple tickets and requests I haven’t received proper support from boat. Raised warranty but no use. Absolute garbage.

Absolutely pathetic binding experience . A simple QR code cannot be scanned and the password requirements are also really bad . 6-16 bits ? What is it supposed to mean ?
