Needs improvement
For video call initiated by the kids, we are only receiving notification on the phone. Kindly do the needful for sending a proper ring alert on receipt of video call from the watch.

Pathetic
Can’t bind the app to my smartphone. Even after multiple tickets and requests I haven’t received proper support from boat. Raised warranty but no use. Absolute garbage.
Pathetic binding experience
Absolutely pathetic binding experience . A simple QR code cannot be scanned and the password requirements are also really bad . 6-16 bits ? What is it supposed to mean ?

App is conceptually very good
First of all thank you boat for thinking of this concept of a smart watch for kids and parents. Very thoughtful in concept, there are very few brands that really care for the most anticipated requirements of parents in concern for the safety of their children. App provides almost everything a parent needs to keep their child safe. But, there are lot of important improvements that are required for the feature to execute in reliable manner. There lots of bug that needs to be fixed. Many times the required feature doesn’t behave or work properly. Location of the watch is incorrect at times. Boat please fix these problems to assure that in need it will indeed do its job. Currently needs improvement for reliability. Again thankful to Boat for bringing this gadget…hope there will be more updates in future to fix the bugs
