I had a terrible experience and I shouldn’t even give it one star because this is just ridiculous. So I rented a boat for three hours and due to the weather, we rearranged it to be for the next day. Weather was also bad that day I wasn’t available because I was leaving the country to do any other days so captain cancelled the booking and said I should receive a refund it’s been 10days, three emails have been sent and I haven’t heard back anything and my money still hasn’t come back in my account

Most seamless way to charter a boat, and have a great experience
Charted a boat last week for my bachelor party and wow! To say I had a great time is to undersell the experience. Not only was it easy to do, but I actually messed up with the dates and thought I was pretty much screwed, but their customer service is amazing. They worked with me to change the date even though they technically could have kept my money. They made sure to find a solution that worked for everyone. Great experience, posh boat, amazing captain!
