Love BW but clunky app
Sometimes it doesn't work when I try to submit an order and the buttons r not very intuitive and the points redemption is also confusing

But every time you add an item to the cart it takes you to the cart. Then you have to back track to the menu to order.
All these rewards and no way to use in-app
Fairly easy to navigate unless what you want to do is utilize the rewards you’ve accumulated.

Great app. Very clear, easy to navigate, clear instructions. Good for everyone nice and easy.
App has persistent bugs
The app has been giving me issues for the past couple of months despite me flagging it to the restaurant’s management from the start. I get an error when trying to order their (2) tender dogs and I end up having two order of (1) which is more expensive. I flagged this issue to the store manager at Portside named Chester (if im not mistaken) and he was very helpful and took down my details and shared it with corporate.

Reward redemption feature doesn’t work
App will ask you if you want to redeem rewards point but then not actually apply the rewards.
GLITCHY
Chicken and food here is phenomenal but for the past two weeks the app glitches and stops working after your delivery address is confirmed. Screen goes completely blank and stays that way. Considered ordering takeout Bob White via Uber Eats in the meantime but surcharges are too much. So again, food is delicious but the app has been crashing for two weeks so I can’t order it 😭

App won’t load properly
Been eating here religiously, and only recently my app has been bugging out. I’ll open it and it freezes on the loading screen/ little load circle. I’ve tried uninstalling but nothing. Rest the phone several times as well. Please see if this can be fixed or if I need to do something different. Thank you.

I used to love the app. It hasn't been usable for me for the past couple of weeks because it can't process my credit card. I've tried multiple cards with the same result each time.

Great chicken with a great app on the side
Bobwhite has the best spicy chicken sandwich in town, beating out Momofuku’s in my book. However, what I didn’t expect was for their app to be so straightforward and reliable. Clearly they’ve spent a lot of time to provide a perfect customer experience from beginning to end, and it truly shows.
