Very disappointed app

Whenever I try to transfer some money, the app is always sucking

Excellent development

It's much better than B-App

Utterly useless app!

Have not been able to access the BOC Flex app for over 1 year. It won’t accept my passport number. I was using the old BOC app as a workaround, but now access has been removed I cannot access my bank accounts at all. Frustrating service.

Absolute waste of an app

This is hands down one of the worst banking apps out there. It barely supports the iPhone and constantly fails. To make matters worse, if you are currently abroad, you are completely stranded. Trying to contact BOC via phone call to resolve app issues is an absolute pain and nearly impossible. They offer zero effective support for international users. A complete waste of time and space.

Not user friendly

Please make it user friendly. Can’t do anything.

OTP NOT FIXED YET

You still haven’t fixed the issue with OTP arriving late - after it has expired. You can’t get rid of the previous BOC app until you’ve fixed this! I still can’t set up Flex.

Crashing

After the recent update app just wouldn’t start. Crashes on opening. Been it for days. No fix yet.

App keeps crashing after update

After the latest update, the app is not opening on my iPhone. I really need this app for urgent matter, but it keeps crashing and I am unable to do anything.

OTP delay

Each new transaction OTP takes longer and most of the time it gets sent late so the transaction cannot be completed

Very frustrating login system

Terrible user experience. I forgot my username, and there is no option anywhere in the app to recover or view it.

There are multiple options to reset the password, which I did several times, but it’s completely useless because every time I try to log in, it says my username is incorrect. How am I supposed to log in if I don’t even know my username?

This is a basic feature that every app should have. Without a username recovery option, the whole login system is broken and extremely frustrating.

Would not recommend until this is fixed.

Searching previously saved transfer accounts is a total nightmare

Expected this to be more user friendly. Previous app was way better than this in terms of usability. Looking for previously saved transfer accounts is a total nightmare. Does not load up. Not in proper order. You need account numbers for most of it, not shown under saved names. And if you try to create a new account to transfer if you can’t find, wouldn’t allow you to create a new account for the same account number as well. This is a waste of money and our time.

Malfunctioning

If you live abroad, this is the worst banking app you would ever come across. Their phone number auto default to +94 (Sri Lanka). As a result you don’t receive OTP and cannot add your account to this “unflex”. Talking to BOC is a pain as well, this is a bank that lives in stone age!

Ultra Failed product!

Transfers are not working, the product is complex and must hire a better IT team and development team.

Saved other bank navigation is a pain. Also adding a other bank is too slow

Much has improved. The app is acting as if I’m stealing from my own account. Look into above matters. Two stars taken away for not acting upon them

App does not open

Even though app is easy to use than BApp, most of the time it does not even open. Says to contact customer support if issue persists. They need to hire good it firm.

Better than previous App

There are major bugs in the app. I don’t know why they can’t fix them. Maybe BOC should hire a different IT firm to maintain or develop their apps.
