Me using Hnb digital banking from saudi arabia but service is very bad not open this app
Performance of the banking app
The application is an easy-to-use interface and very straightforward. However, recently I noticed the application is very slow. It takes 5-10 seconds to load and switch between features.
The most inefficient banking app
The most inefficient banking app I have ever experienced. It allows only 30 seconds recive and enter the one time pass code received in an SMS. I live in abroad, so I don't receive it on time at least for 50% of my money transfers. My online banking has already been blocked because I have tried expired pass codes, tried to call their support numbers several times (both English and Sinhala options), was waiting more than 30 minutes and hang up. A disappointing banking service .... Also I don't understand why they don't allow taking screenshots once the transaction is completed. It has only the transfer success info like recipient name, acc#, amount etc..

Update issues
The app prompts for an update, but the App Store hasn’t provided one for several months. As a result, I’m unable to access the app when needed, which is causing significant inconvenience. I kindly request you to look into this issue and advise accordingly.
