Volume not working
I just downloaded the app and paid but the volume function is not working. It looks like it’s been 2 years since an update was done.. this was a waste if I can’t hear the instructor. Would have been nice to have a trial first.
Enjoying it but…
I really really like this app, great layout and great videos. But only got to use it a few times and now nothing will load! Maybe a server issue? I hope it will get resolved.

Excellent Qigong Instruction
This app far surpassed my expectations. I have practiced qigong for several years with different instructors. This is among the best I have tried. The set is flexible and relatively easy to perform. I love that you can select different exercises for different issues. The instruction is clear. The app works smoothly, and it is simple enough that there is no learning curve. With the long introduction and ending, even one exercise is a little lengthy, but I feel great afterwards. Thank you so much for sharing this!

Healing vibes!!
This app is both healing, informative, and fun. I like to do the whole program, but it’s great to have the option of just targeting specific movements for specific health problems. If you’re looking to connect with the power to heal yourself, I highly recommend making this app a regular part of your day.
