Добрый день, Юран! Благодарю Вас за обращение! Важно при синхронизации весов с телефоном, чтобы весы стояли на ровной поверхности, на полу без ковров и становиться на весы необходимо босыми ногами. Также, синхронизировать их можно только с одним телефоном. Если весы уже используются на другом телефоне, то с вторым телефоном их синхронизировать невозможно.
