Year premium paid for and ended early
I’ve been trying to contact support due to paying 29.99 for a year premium subscription. It seems to have ended early and asking me to pay again. Even though it says will start in October of this year when current payment ends. Their customer support is none existent. Email bounced back. It’s not good enough.

They took the face scan blood pressure vital scan away!!! I’m so mad! I want it back! Now!! The only reason I kept this app. Why? Why take it away???
No blood pressure calculation and it’s not for United States. The Calendar isn’t right for 2024 either. It’s cool looking but the bugs are terrible. Really sorry I paid for it. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money. Oh and every time you open the app you have to restore your purchase. Super annoying

Not user friendly
A waste of money, I can’t figure out how to use it. It’s not user friendly like my other heath apps

Useless app. Always says the same thing. It has provided me nothing my smart watch can’t do. My watch is better! Save your money and memory on your phone! Also, impossible to cancel!

The app won't save my blood pressure, and the Apple Watch face shows an error message saying there's a watch face library error. I paid for the premium services, but none of them work! I’ve tried three times to contact the company with no response in July 2026. I attempted to reach them through the app and now through their website! I'm so annoyed! 😡😡😡🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Not all trackers work
Currently not all the trackers available work. When you attempt to add they do not save. Steps doesn't accurately keep track of stepsunless my phone is in my pocket which is weird since my watch is on the correct hand.

Paid subscription not working
Only one star. Paid for a subscription. Receipt shows that I’ve paid when I look at renewing and I cannot access the app. The app is great, but not accessing it and having trouble and not finding help is the worst part. Then my review is blocked because I can’t find a nickname that’s not been used already. Is this a way to keep this review off I don’t know this is ridiculous. I’ll try giving it five stars and see if that gets it’s true but if you read this, just know you can’t find help for the app if you need it

A waste of $40. This app only does what your Apple Watch does for FREE so the face scan feature which mysteriously vanished that checked blood pressure and other things that’s why I paid for the pro version but I guess I got conned by BodyWave. Refund me please.
