Hello, thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Due to Apple Health’s data update and delivery mechanisms, health data is not always synced to RelaxWatch in real time. As a result, even when your iPhone and Apple Watch are charging, the app may receive previously recorded health data later and send an alert at that time. The timing depends on when Apple Health makes the data available to the app, so we cannot fully control when an alert is delivered. We’re continuing to improve our data processing and notification experience. Thank you for your understanding.

We appreciate you sharing your honest thoughts. Our app won’t collect data automatically; all metrics are fetched from Apple Health. You are able to check your past data on the Trends page. The "no data found" message usually indicates that your Apple Watch failed to capture relevant data.
