Does not work

The only time I ever get measurements when my watch is off and not on me or anywhere around me, my phone will buzz informing me of escalations and heart rate or times to take a minute and breathe, but I’m physically nowhere near the watch

Decent app but my free trial only worked for a few hours before everything locked up and asked me to pay again despite already signing up😅

Expensive and buggy

For an app that is essentially $28 a month, you’d think there would be no bugs.

The idea is there but needs more.

This is a great consept put for the amount, I feel that it’s not worth it I wear my Apple Watch at all times and I will have high levels of stress through out the day and I barely get a working nor does that app allow you to go back and previous days so that you can see how your progression. I will check the app daily and it’s always says no data found.

Great App when it Works

Love knowing my stress levels and all of that! Paid for the full version and now the app won’t monitor my sleep anymore hence the 3 stars.

Bogus

I think this thing is bogus. We had a rough day today. My dog was attacked, I had to rush her to the emergency vet for some giant wounds on her legs. The app didn’t pick up on my stress at all. Now that I am laying in bed relaxing it is “detecting stress” but not once did it detect when I was having a literal panic attack on the way to the vet.

试用过不少这类软件，我对界面要求比较高，这款适配26系统做的不错，表盘也挺好看。有个问题就是喝水小组件不能直接在组件页面记录，点+号会直接打开app，还请开发者修复一下
