the code to scan
i’m being BP member since 2018 . im really love BP and the app useable. But with the old vision it have the code for the restaurant cashier scan it for keep the points. now when i want to let them scan i need to tell them my email so they can put my poitn that really hard time and i don’t like it. i’m not able to check my point as well. Pls update the app and add the code again.

App don’t work. Can’t login
I can’t login in the app. I tried delete Apple ip, email login and deleting the app.

App doesnt work
How can you be a company of your scale and have the app not work for several days. Im talking about complete dead app for 3 days you cant even log in it crashes on start up with error message “oops! something went wrong starting up the app”. Let’s also talk about why you have to log in to ANOTHER WEBSITE to view your rewards available to you. You CANNOT VIEW it directly in the app it doesn’t show anything. How is that a good design and user friendly?

Not starting up
I keep getting “Oops! Something went wrong while trying to start up the app” error message.
I hit the Retry button.
I uninstalled the app and reinstall it.
I restarted my phone.
NOTHING WORKS.
I have the online account to see my points, but it doesn’t have the barcode so I can’t earn points.
Also, I liked that we were able to see the waiting list at each locations, but that feature had an issue when I updated the app last time.
Please fix it ASAP!!!

App failed
App failed with message “something went wrong while trying to start up the app”. Couldn’t use the app when trying to check out.
Can never log in
I feel like the app worked once upon a time, but I find I can never log in to the app and using forgot password just leads to “Failed to reset password. Please try again.” One of the worst apps I’ve ever used to not even allow me to try to find my account.

Issue on creating account
I couldn’t log into my account due to a verification code issue. After clicking “resend code,” no new emails were sent, even after multiple attempts and checking spam.
Customer service was also terrible — the phone line always said the voicemail was full and then disconnected. There was no way to get help.
Very frustrating experience overall.

Food is great app is useless
Have been going to boiling point regularly but even the people at the store doesn’t seem to know how the redemption works. The points increase but will disappear after a certain amount of points and then I don’t even know if we have a reward. No contact us in the app is available and no support. Great food but poor app. Please fix it!

First they remove the rewards tracker, next they remove the waitlist. This app just keeps getting worse.

Lost access to points & rewards system
After many years of having the app and accumulating points, they suddenly stopped giving you the access to log in via Facebook and get your points. Now after finally getting access to a new account, I don’t see the option to the rewards program anymore at all?

What’s the point of this app if you remove the most important & useful thing about it?? I understand not being able to add yourself on the waitlist, but at least let me see the wait information like before! It shouldn’t even be that hard to upkeep if you’re using all of your own systems. Stupid.
Can’t check waitlist anymore
This app was great bc of the feature that allows you to check the waitlist status of each store. It no longer has that and is completely useless to me now.
Never lets me login!!
I’m very been having problems logging into the app for ages. I cannot access my birthday rewards or points from previous trips or even redeem my current points! So irritating. It keeps giving me an error. I can’t even reset my password to try to get in because it also gives me an error with the reset!! It drives me up the wall.

Please bring back the location queue watcher. It was very useful.
No points after ordering each time
I have ordered takeout and dined in at BP over 50 times and no points ever show up on the app for me. Not sure if it’s a glitch or what. I have deleted my account and created a new one to order again and still same thing. Please fix this as it is so frustrating. I am a loyal customer and would like to be rewarded with points like everyone else.

no coupon status and expiration date
the points will auto redeemed to a $10 coupon when reach 150 point you cannot check the $10 coupon status and expiration date. And it will expired some day.
Terrible update
Can’t view wait time anymore. No reason for me to drive all the way there just to wait over an hour.
