Easy to use but
It doesn’t show details of transactions like it does on the website . It’s just a reference for your balance, transactions and transfers. Not details about your transactions
I can’t log in
With a security feature on, it, sends me a code multiple times and times out quickly before I can connect. It often shuts down in mid use.

4.9 stars my arssssss! The second I put money on my account (I’ve been reluctant because this app is so archaic) all of a sudden I can’t even access my account? NEVER touch this app or bank. I am livid

This bank goes above and beyond for you. They know your name and the branch manager, Sandy, is far superior than anyone I’ve ever dealt with at my other banking institutions!
Best Bank
I love this Bank. I have been banking here since 1978. I have seen it go from the Women’sBank, the Colorado, Business Bank, and now BOKF. I would never bank anywhere else.
Fees going up …
Unfortunately we are looking at other banking options since your fees are astronomical now.

External transfers
Making your customers use some outside source to manage a transfer into your bank is ridiculous

Does not work on an iPad
Every time I try to open it it crashes right after you login. Useless.
App needs more options for payment
Online system needs adjustment to be able to make payments less than the current amount. Getting paid bi weekly is tough enough, being able to change payment amounts would be helpful. The phone system is even worse when entering a payment different from current it always says it’s greater than or equal to current payment and it’s not.

Great App
I rarely have a problem with this app. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 stars rating is because, every now and then the app has a problem recognizing the back of a check when I’m trying to deposit it. There’s been a couple of times I’ve had to go to the bank in order to deposit checks.

Random transfer amount set at 2500 but no one told me. Was oh hold with bank for 2o minutes not calling bank back
Bill pay
Bill pay does not show me the check number unless you log in on a computer and drill into the transaction! Very frustrating

Missing standard functionality
App seems like it is from 2015. Registration took forever, doesn’t integrate with iOS pwd manager or its default copy/paste function, makes you re-enter all registration values if the username is in use (after submitting). Finally got through that mess & I can’t enroll in auto-pay because the form won’t let me scroll to the bottom to accept terms & submit. My loan was transferred to BOK without consent, but I’m so glad I don’t bank here. Avoid it, if you can.
