The app is not working from last few days
The app crashes first time when it is opened and then doesn't show anything other than authentication screen. Tried all different authentication methods but the login screen doesn't go away even after successful authentication.

Value for money, but needs lot of improvements
I took a 1 month Diabetes X program. It has the right structure with a CGM bundled for 14 days. The doctors & consultants are relatively inexperienced and gave no individual feedback, nor bothered to look at the food diary entered. It is largely like a common tutorial. The app is average with intermittent errors, cluttered food lists and inability to download CGM data. Supplements ordered were delivered after nearly 10 days. Though advertised as a 4 week course, got a message after week 3 that the period is over.

Bonatra
I have been taking services from Bonatra from past few days. With the help of CGM and guidance received by medical team, I am well able to moniter my glucose readings time to time. Nutritionist, Ramya is guiding me through this process. I was able to reduce my insulin dosage, still putting efforts for more improvement 👍

Early hiccups, but things improved
I ordered their CGM with dietitian package. Had faced difficulties with their app and device earlier. But, they have made amends later and delivered a new device.
