The app is not working from last few days
The app crashes first time when it is opened and then doesn't show anything other than authentication screen. Tried all different authentication methods but the login screen doesn't go away even after successful authentication.

Value for money, but needs lot of improvements
I took a 1 month Diabetes X program. It has the right structure with a CGM bundled for 14 days. The doctors & consultants are relatively inexperienced and gave no individual feedback, nor bothered to look at the food diary entered. It is largely like a common tutorial. The app is average with intermittent errors, cluttered food lists and inability to download CGM data. Supplements ordered were delivered after nearly 10 days. Though advertised as a 4 week course, got a message after week 3 that the period is over.

I have been taking services from Bonatra from past few days. With the help of CGM and guidance received by medical team, I am well able to moniter my glucose readings time to time. Early hiccups, but things improved
I ordered their CGM with dietitian package. Had faced difficulties with their app and device earlier. But, they have made amends later and delivered a new device.
Best CGM based program

There was constant follow-up regarding my diet and physical activity, and the results are incredibly evident. Not Happy with the sensor
Glucose monitor was swiftly delivered. Its basically freestyle libre. Takes a whole hour to warm up. Cant turn ur screen off during this time. The warm up stops. nobody to guide about this. First day it was hardly sensing the sugar levels. had to contact the watsapp group of bonatra atleast thrice. After scanning back to back atleast five times then One reading showed up. Also after 4 days its not promptly scanning. the last reading timing and glucose chart timing is different. So cant understand which specific food is causing spike in levels. as u have already passed the two hour mark. Updation is delayed immensely. u cant scan before 1 hour. reading does not show up. Very disappointed

bonatra has helped me understand my body and it’s requirements better, and is aiding me in getting my health on track, it’s helped a great deal so far, and i feel better with myself already.
Reliable
I wanted to adapt a healthy lifestyle and I had a difficulty doing that for a long time I tried crazy diets from Internet but couldn’t sustain even for a week after many trial and error I came across Bonatra, health couches made everything seem so easy, they are reliable and ready to answer your questions at anytime, they were so patient with me to explain everything that’s there in my diet. also, their webinars are so helpful and informative.
