Disappointing
I tried to sign up, but the app only allows me to input my phone number with the country code +91. Unfortunately, I can’t change it to my correct country code, and there’s no other way to proceed. This limitation is frustrating and prevents me from accessing the app. Overall, a disappointing experience. 🍎📱

No download option and marketing lies
If you are planning to use this company for a cgm, it’s a hopeless company where they don’t provide a download option till we complete 14 days of using cgm. Till then the solution given by support team is to take screenshots and share it . The download option given after 14 days is excel sheet. I am not sure if it has just values or screenshot of the graph. If it’s values in an excel sheet probably we need to buy a new app or depend on someone who can convert it to a graph.
The marketing representative informed that I can download and share it with my doctor on daily basis.
We can’t even raise a service ticket from ultra fit app and need to download a separate app to raise a service request.
Overall this is a hopeless app where they tell lies to customers to complete the purchase and doesn’t even care.
