About
Bookado Admin is the pocket companion of the Bookado host stand. It is built for the person who walks the floor — not for the person sitting behind a screen.
THE NIGHT AT A GLANCE
Covers booked, guests already seated, and what is coming in the next thirty minutes. Free tables and average turn time, updated live as the service moves. When the shift is winding down, the app tells you what is still to come and when the last table is expected to leave.
THE DAY'S BOOKINGS
Every booking of the day in one list, filtered by service window or by status. Open a booking to see the guest, the party size, the deposit, and what to do next — confirm, seat, mark a no-show, or cancel — with the actions your shift permissions allow, and nothing more.
WALK-INS IN SECONDS
A party of four at the door with no booking. Pick a time on the wheel, set the party size, and they are on the waiting list before they finish taking their coats off. Contact details are optional for walk-ins, because the doorway is not the place to spell out an email address.
CHECK-IN THAT KEEPS THE QUEUE MOVING
Scan the QR code from the guest's confirmation, or search by name or booking reference. Recognising a guest never seats them by accident: seating is always a separate, deliberate step.
TABLES AND TURN
See the floor plan, seat a party on a free table, and watch the turn timer so you know which table is about to free up.
BUILT FOR A REAL SHIFT
Sign in once with your work account, then unlock your shift with a four digit PIN or device biometrics such as Face ID or Touch ID. The app locks itself after five idle minutes, so a phone left on the bar is not an open till.
When the venue's Wi-Fi drops — and it will — the day's schedule stays readable and everything you do is queued and sent when the signal comes back. Portrait only, one hand, thumb reach.
Bookado Admin requires a Bookado account. Ask your venue manager for access.

Booking notifications now say which day the booking is for, not just the time: "3 guests, Monday, 10/08 · 19:30 · Table 12".
