Need more customer options
The calendar starts on Monday. I wouldn't care if there was an option to change this but there isn't. This needs to change.
There needs to be an option to add your appointment to the calendar. Many apps now have this option but this app definitely needs this option.
These are the most annoying issues as a customer so please fix them.

Disappointed
I never rate apps but was told from a salon the only way to get a gift card was through this app. It took me forever o find the salon because it would t update the location. I finally got it, purchased a gift card and the never received it. I am trying to contact support but the app only allows less than a sentence in the message field. My transaction went through but there’s no way to see the gift card and it did not come through text or email like it was supposed to.

won’t even let me log in
I tried to log in to and can’t even get it to send me a one time password to my number…
Bummer
Map and location services don’t function properly. Map is outdated and unable to locate business. App recommends businesses in other states rather than local or “near me”.
APP BROKEN
I had to reset my pin. I followed all of the steps and it will not allow me to do so. Uninstalled the app and added it back, still not working. I’ve reached out to customer service and 2 days later no answers. Deeply displeased!!
