Needs to be easier to rent

The app should allow you to favorite your size as well to make renting easier from your favorite page. It’s a lot of scrolling and checking. Also needs more styles and if something is popular we need multiple units in that size. It’s very hard to find a full 6 styles you want.

Service is great but app keeps messing up

This app is constantly bugging out. It doesn’t load. When it does work, you’ll be looking through items, change the category, and it doesn’t load anything again. You have to constant refresh the app, turn off your vpn, and it still won’t work. It’s been like this for months and seems to be getting worse. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS!!!

Hasn’t since I started the service in June. Signed up online. Would love to use the phone app.
Frozen on opening page. Can’t even scroll or select anything.

Nuuly is the best. Their customer service is top tier. Shipping is so fast. Have a million clothes options, from athleisure to formal and everything in between. Petite sizes to plus sizes. And it saves the planet! Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 recommend renting front m them!!
