Horrible customer service
Honestly, I’ve never had a problem for renting from any individual on the app. The only issue is the customer service. If you need help with something then expect to wait an upwards of four hours to hear back from anyone. I don’t know where they are hiring their customer service representatives, but they’re clueless.

Late fees make the app awful
UPS had trouble with my package and I ended up getting charged over 30 dollars making a 70 dollar outfit I rented into 100 with the person who lended the outfit being very difficult and not understanding of the situation.
Easy Access to great clothes
I’ve had a really good experience with Pickle so far. The app is easy to use, and browsing listings is quick and straightforward. The selection is great, with lots of current styles to choose from! This concept is such a great idea! Recommend!!
A delicious way to shop!
I love Pickle! The app is super easy to use. I was able to make an account quickly with just my phone number (so much easier than email address). Once inside the app (account isn’t required to enter the app, which is also nice!), everything is organized so intuitively. Somehow the featured items at the top are exactly what I need before I know I need them. It’s so easy to shop and find things to rent that I love! I haven’t tried renting out my own stuff yet but am excited to start doing that and make a little extra money! I love pickle!
