Horrible experiences with logistic of getting the items back and ups delayed one of the items and they charged me the full price of the item even though ups hasn’t declared it lost. I am so upset and feel robbed. I will be telling everyone I know to never use this!
My item was stolen
My worst nightmare came true and a renter never returned my Gucci sunglasses. Pickle took multiple weeks to help me with my issue and mark the item as stolen. In the end they reimbursed me but I can’t find the same sunglasses I had bought online anymore.
Love this app - use it for everything!!
