I seriously love all the clothes they have to offer, but for how long it takes everything to load it almost makes it not worth it, and makes me want to use the other rentals. fashion pass is doing themselves a huge disservice with the lack of app investments

App glitches and crashes after only being on it for a couple of minutes
App Sucks
App is forever crashing and running slow. Super laggy. Takes forever just to even scroll through my favorites to try and save clothing for my next order. Should not be paying this much for an app that is so poor quality. Considering switching to nuuly just because I know their app works tons better. I’ve been trying for over an hour just to look through all my favorites to plan my outfit. It’s 2026, get a better app design especially when people are paying you $125 a month. If you’re between clothing rental sites, let this be your sign not to go with FashionPass
