So far so good!
I have only received 2 orders, but so far everything has been great. I’m leaving a star off because the app seems to have a lot of glitches and you need to close it out and open it back up again sometimes, and because I did receive one necklace that turned my next bright green after about 4 hours of wear. Other than that, the process is quick and easy and I love being able to rent pieces rather than buy a whole new outfit for every occasion. I am so excited to keep shopping!!!

New app format is 🤦🏼♀️
I have been with FashionPass for about a year now. The new format of the app doesn’t show the rating of the items when you’re first looking through them which makes the app so difficult to use! Please fix this

The app needs serious improvements
I seriously love all the clothes they have to offer, but for how long it takes everything to load it almost makes it not worth it, and makes me want to use the other rentals. fashion pass is doing themselves a huge disservice with the lack of app investments
