Limited availability, disappointed in service
I was excited to try Vivrelle, but the experience has been disappointing. Thankfully, I started with a free month.
* Nearly every bag on my wishlist has been marked as borrowed, making it extremely difficult to find something I actually want.
* The first bag I received was so worn and weathered that I couldn’t use it for the event I had planned. It looked far more used than I expected from a luxury rental service.
* I repeatedly receive notifications that bags from my wishlist are available, but when I open the app, they’re still unavailable.
* Be sure to read the fine print before signing up. I didn’t realize I was committing to a 3 month membership, and now I’m locked in despite being unable to rent a single bag I actually want.
Overall, the inventory availability and app experience have not matched the expectations set by the service.

Outrageously underwhelming
They will ignore your application till forever but if you use a referral code it’s instant pass. Contact number is a scam and customer service is the worst. I know renting is appealing but at this point I’ll recommend buying
Items never available
The items that I want are already always borrowed. They need better inventory
The Good and Bad
The Good: Love switching out bags and jewelry. Don’t have to spend a fortune to obtain luxury goods. Box up the item put the FedEx label on and drop off for return. Notifications of bags and jewelry back in stock.
The Bad: Very glitchy app and crashes often. You have to join a higher membership tier which can cost 300 plus to obtain the really good items, borrow more items and it can be expensive.Certain pieces of jewelry are never available. The amount of time you can keep an item, there should be a time limit. Limited fine jewelry selection. So I had to knock off a star but it’s a good concept.

Vivrelle has great app.
I am a member of Vivrelle community. I love having a monthly handbag and appreciate the shared community and re-use concept with fashion hand bags and look. The app is great to use. Plus a great look book to select and reserve each month. The “See Item Size” and get a preview” — love that! I am two thumbs up!
