App doesn’t work.
Hasn’t since I started the service in June. Signed up online. Would love to use the phone app.

Nuuly is the best. Their customer service is top tier. Shipping is so fast. Have a million clothes options, from athleisure to formal and everything in between. Petite sizes to plus sizes. And it saves the planet! Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 recommend renting front m them!!
App is no longer working
I guess there was an update on the app and now it is no longer working. It is frozen on the first page and doesn’t allow me to scroll or select any options like going to my lists or closets. Just stuck on the main page. I’ll have to try using the website which is much less convenient. Hope this is fixed soon

NO! Better apps for rentals
There are better clothing subscription apps out there. They have a nice selection of clothing options but the app and its general UI SUCKS. App is constantly crashing, terrible interface issues, the overall design feels dated and old.

Fabulous customer service, clean clothes, I love how open everyone is in the reviews (makes figuring out sizing much easier) and so stylish!!!
Not as good as rent the runway
I have been using Nuuly for about a year now. The biggest downfall is that they don’t care for their clothing very well. The cleaner that they use is very potent. I almost always put all of the clothes directly into the washing machine upon reciept. it takes about a week for it to arrive after ordering it. And you need to get it back to them in time. So it’s really not a monthly rental. Rent the runway has the best logistics and this is not even comparable. Nuuly arrives very wrinkled.. And sometimes the clothes are so misshapen or shrunken or damaged.
That being said, it is a collection of very good brands. So if you have the patience to iron and wash everything once you get it then it’s fine. But with the shrinkage, it is often that you can’t wear anything that you rented. And their customer service care to help you with that

Great Service, App is Buggy
Not sure what happened with these last couple of updates but the app is SO buggy now! Every minute or so, the four icons at the bottom (home, search, closet, bag) will disappear and I have to close the app if I want to get into my bag or something. Additionally, the screen will lag when I scroll and jump back up several swipes. Super annoying :/ I have a secure wifi connection and have never experienced this prior to the recent updates! But I will say, I love Nuuly so much and will continue to use it despite these bugs! The customer service is wonderful and they have a great selection of items. Also, student discount!

Great but UX needs work
Stunning concept but y’all need a UI designer to figure out your back button situation. I keep getting trapped. And the only way to get to another tab is to X out of the app completely. Plz fix
Navigation
Please fix your iOS app navigation! The background of the tab should have a fill and the navigation always disappears leaving me to have to close the app multiple times a session to navigate the app properly.
Good customer service terrible UX
Great customer service. However, the UX design of this app has significantly decreased in usability, quality, & functionality. Why does the bottom navigation menu keep disappearing? It locks you onto one page. I hopped on for 10 minutes to look through clothes for an upcoming rental and had to close out of the app 3 times.

i absolutely love this app as a service but the new update definitely has a bug. if i click any of the pages on the app, there’s no way to click back to the main page/menu without having to completely close out of the app. it’s extremely frustrating!! plz fix 😭

Love the app, but minus one star for how hard it is to seen your past ratings and reviews. After over a year of orders, it’s hard to keep track of your everything fit without scrolling through every single rating / review.

Your forced upgrade “update” button doesn’t work, just fyi
You have to get new clothes every month no matter what.
So much potential but ultimately a bad model. You are required no matter what to purchase over $103 a month for a new Nuuly. Even if you don’t want one. Even if you still have your last box of clothes at your house you will still get charged $103 every month. It doesn’t even give you enough time to
Wear your 6 items before you’re getting charged again for the next items. I wanted to love it but bad model. You should be able to get a box on demand when you want it. This is a scam!
