Good when works
As a person booking the classes it’s a good app and relatively simple to use. However when it fails its near impossible to resolve. recently on my iPhone, I’ve not been able to get to the payment screen and nothing seems to resolve it. Others have been able to sign in to the class and get to the payment screen, but I cannot. It is just a blank screen. I have tried everything from signing out, to reinstalling, to switching the phone off. Nothing works

Clock change not activated
We’re a week past the change to British Summer time and the app is still working on GMT .

BookFit have been a nightmare since I signed up with them.
Clients book onto & pay for my classes on their app.
BookFit have so far NOT paid me ANY of my money. And they do not answer emails or Facebook messages. No phone number provided.

Great app
Great app, does what it needs to do from the perspective of someone who books on to classes however it would be useful to be able to see how many people were already booked on to a class.

Use this app to run my group exercise classes! Amazing!
Dreadful
So far one of the worst apps I have ever tried to use. It’s not well written/designed. It’s not doing the most basic things that it’s meant to do. I have booked classes as it’s not time tabling them. I am going to ask my trainer to ditch this and find a better app.
Misleading
App is ok does the job, doesn’t notify clients when they have been accepted so they are unaware they can now book.
Biggest disappointment for me was that you only get 14 days FREE use after of which you then have to pay!

Can’t add a class! On the free trial.
Not impressed that I can’t add a class on the free trial.
Needs Improvement
1. App doesn’t notify owner when someone drops out.
2. App doesn’t say order of wait list.
3. When a spot becomes available the 1st person on the wait list doesn’t get added.
4. Owner has to add person from wait list to class but the participant doesn’t get notified.
5. When a class is cancelled nobody gets notified.
All pretty simple and fundamental things for managing classes.

Great app
Really good app. Really simple and easy to use.
Admin have been great also as I have emailed to ask questions and they respond pretty quick and are happy to look into suggestions I have asked.
