Finally, an app that makes chauffeur service truly reliable! I’ve used it for several rides in the Bay Area. Booking is very easy, and all the chauffeurs I’ve had have been extremely professional and kind. I genuinely felt like royalty every time!

Ignored Evidence, Trusted False Customer Claims
My account was suspended due to a false rider complaint. The passenger requested a direct trip outside the booking, which I agreed to. However, the passenger later denied it, and the company withheld my payment. Despite sharing complete in-car video recordings to prove the truth, the company still ruled against me, relying only on the rider’s false statement. This is deeply unfair and unacceptable business practice.

Worst & scammed app
This company is using its apps to scam people. They had me work for them using the app for services that costed over 2000 USD and for over 4 months they refused to pay and racist when I talked to them about it remove this application from Apple

My reservation was cancelled without a reason. They issued a refund, but kept the processing fee.
