Bad Experience with BookMyForex for Small Transaction
After submitting my request along with all the required documents, there was no communication or update from the team. The app continued to show my documents as βpending.β
When I contacted customer service the first time, the executive assured me that they had received all documents and that the status would be updated shortly. However, after waiting 24 hours and calling again, a different executive asked for an additional document.
By then, I had already lost confidence in the process and decided to exchange the currency directly at Chennai Airport.
The experience was disappointing, especially for a simple and small transaction.

This fraudsters took money from me for a wire transfer and have not deposited it to the receiver in 2 weeks. It has been an absolute nightmare doing business with these people. Their wire transfer agents are never available on calls and the customer service team just gives false hopes of arranging a call back which never happens. I really regret choosing bookmyforex and would never recommend this stupid forex company to anyone. (Iβm still waiting for my money to be sent.) Shame on this company, these are the kind of people because of whom India is seen as a fraudulent country abroad.
