Tapping on a new-shift-available notification will now take you directly to the shift claim dialog. Colour-code shifts on the available shifts page - red overlaps with an existing shift, yellow is same day as an existing. Display new-shift-available notifications on the Messages tab. You can toggle this off on the preferences screen.
