My favorite supplement tracking app

I’ve tried quite a few supplement tracking apps, and Boost is by far my favorite.

What makes it stand out for me is the combination of excellent Apple Health integration and simplicity. It syncs the relevant supplement and nutrient data with Apple Health seamlessly, while keeping the interface clean, intuitive, and easy to use.

Most other apps I’ve tried either overwhelm you with information and features, or lack important supplements, nutrients, or proper Apple Health integration. Boost manages to provide the functionality I actually need without becoming unnecessarily complicated.

It’s a great example of how a focused, well-designed app can be more useful than an overloaded one. I really appreciate the work that has gone into it, especially since it’s free.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a simple and reliable way to track your supplements.
