I paid the credit builder loan on time never missed a payment when it came time to give my money back they sent half and a year later still haven’t received the rest of the payment Stay away from them!

Boost your score by paying a chosen payment plan over 12 months. After the 4th payment you receive a secured credit card… completely worth it and customer service was very helpful

Do not invest in anything that they offer unless you understand how this works!! I signed up under the impression of receiving a typical loan. They do not do traditional loans, which I did not understand until after I signed up. I did not continue to sign any additional electronic paperwork after that. However when trying to cancel, I could not reach anyone. They have an automated chat that doesn’t help, a number listed only to send you to their email and they do not respond to emails and then they proceeded to process an electronic check to take money for a loan that I never received (because it is not a traditional loan). I was not interested in saving money in an account setup on my behalf to later receive a secured credit card…thus borrowing my own money 3 months later, just for a boost in my credit score!! Smh. Please read everything listed people and get an understanding. Be aware and don’t do what I did. The only real issue is, if you want to cancel, can you?? If this can keep anyone from the hassle by reading this, good! I had to leave 1 star, but if I could have left it blank, I would. The inconvenience and the customer service (none) is horrible.
